Eligibility for Exchange
Items must be requested for exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
Certain items such as fragrances, cosmetics or customized products may not be eligible due to hygiene or personalization reasons (unless faulty or damaged).
How to Request an Exchange
Contact our support team via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for exchange.
Our team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup or return instructions.
Exchange Terms
If the requested item (size, color, etc.) is available, we’ll ship it once we receive and inspect the original item.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative item.
Shipping charges may apply for exchange orders.
Important Notes
We do not offer cash refunds for exchanged items.
For defective or wrong items delivered, we will cover the return shipping cost and ensure a prompt replacement
