How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to provide your shipping details and payment will be cash on delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days within the UAE. During sales or public holidays, slight delays may occur.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges within 24 Hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For more details, please refer to our Exchange Policy.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry! Please contact our customer service team via whatsapp within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a prompt exchange or replacement at no extra cost.
Do you ship internationally?
